Payment /Pricing:
- 50% deposit required to reserve time
- Block of hours to be paid in full by first session
- Client(s) are billed from the booked start time (even if clients are late), unless the session starts late due to a delay caused by Valley of the Kings Music, LLC
- Clients(s) are billed for the entire length of the session. Client(s) will not be taken off the clock for breaks (i.e. phone calls, lunch, group meetings, etc...) unless a delay is caused by Valley of the Kings Music, LLC.
- No materials will be released in any form without payment in full.
- Payment options: Cash, Certified Check, Money Order.
- Sorry no Personal Checks or COD's.
- Quoted Prices are subject to change without notice.
MIscellaneous:
- Studio time available days, evenings or weekends by appointment only.
- Special Rates for Free-Lance engineers.
- Smoking, food or drinks are not allowed in the studio.
- Smoking is not allowed in the lounge.
- Please help us in keeping the studio complex clean by disposing empty bottles and garbage in the trash.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation 24 hours in advance
- Cancellations under 24 hours are charged 50% of booked session
Audio File Storage Policy:
- Mutitrack Masters (.wav or .aiff files of Pro Tools sessions) will be stored on our hard drives for a period of 2 weeks after your last session. If after 2 weeks arrangements have not been made to pick up the masters, your files may be deleted to make room for new sessions. Please provide us with contact information so we can do our best to contact you before deleting the files. Your tracks can be backed up to your choice of CD, DVD, or Hard Drive.
- Valley of the Kings Music, LLC will not guarantee the safe storage of audio files. It is necessary for every client to provide for digital audio file storage.
There are a couple of ways to do this:
- Bring in your own external hard drive and request that we transfer your audio and session files to your devise.
- Sessions can be backed up on CD's or DVD's
We advise you to then take your hard drive or compact discs/DVD's with you upon departure from the studio. You may leave the above items at the Valley of the Kings Music, LLC at your own risk if you choose to do so. Valley of the Kings music, LLC assumes no responsibility and makes no representations either expressed or implied regarding safety and replacement of any hard drives, masters or other audio files, or any type of recordings.
Audio and session file transfer time is billable at normal studio rates.
