Payment/Pricing:
- 50% deposit required at time of order, and the balance is due at the completion of order.
- Cash, Certified Checks or Money Orders. Sorry no personal checks or COD'S. Quoted prices are subject to change without notice.
- Written quotes are subject to change if additional work is necessary to complete your order. You will be notified before work begins.
- If an order is canceled or changed, the customer agrees to pay for any work or service rendered to that point.
- Failure to make final payment on any order releases Valley of the Kings Music, LLC to dispose of, sell or license your material to recoup any debt owed by the client.
Shipping and Delivery:
- The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs of the order.
Guarantee:
- Valley of the Kings Music, LLC guarantees its products against defects in quality and workmanship.
- Valley of the Kings Music, LLC limits liability to replacement or refund as its sole option, provided that products are deemed defective by reason of workmanship or material.
- Replacement or refund will only be equal to the quantity of goods returned to Valley of the Kings Music, LLC. No product will be replaced or refunded after 40 days of receipt of product by the client.
- Valley of the Kings Music, LLC does not provide insurance coverage for client's goods in our possession. Client is responsible for insurance coverage.
- No products may be returned to Valley of the Kings Music, LLC without permission.
Audio/Video Master Specifications:
- We accept the following audio/video master formats: CD, CD-R, DVD, DVD-R
- All masters must be mixed, edited, sequenced, sound and look exactly like you want the finished product to sound or be viewed.
- Client supplied masters must be up to professional standards for quality duplication. We can provide mastering at an hourly rate provided it could be done.
- Masters must be supplied with a track list showing track number and song titles.
- Masters will be kept and archived in our files for future orders at an additional cost.
- All materials submitted must be labeled with client name, artist name, CD title, and complete address.
Miscellaneous:
- You can be assured your materials will be properly cared for while in our possession: however, we strongly recommend that you make and keep a copy of your master before sending it to us. Valley of the Kings Music, LLC is not responsible for materials sent in by customers.
- Valley of the Kings Music, LLC cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to materials supplied by any customer due to fire, flood, loss or damage in shipping, or negligence in our possession.
Valley of the Kings Music, LLC is not responsible for yield/results of CD's/DVD's supplied by customers or for CD's/DVD's printed by Valley of the Kings Music, LLC but not duplicated and verified by Valley of the Kings Music, LLC.
- Valley of the Kings Music, LLC reserves the right to refuse any order.
Copyright Ownership/ Indemnification:
- For the protection of all our clients, we follow IRMA Anti-Piracy compliance guidelines which protect property rights owners/holders from the unauthorized reproduction and distribution of their content.
- Valley of the Kings Music, LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to investigate the ownership of any and all materials provided for manufacturing, reproduction and printing.
You, the client must take full responsibility for the legal ownership rights of any material sent to Valley of the Kings Music, LLC for duplication and/or printing. You can not use someone's lyrics, sound recordings, video sequences, images, data, photos, artwork, material or intellectual property without their permission. Valley of the Kings Music, LLC will not accept responsibility for any copyright infringements of any kind. You must obtain your own copyright permission.
- By signing this contract you the client agree to completely indemnify and hold harmless Valley of the Kings Music, LLC and all its affiliates from any and all litigation, claims, demands, and/or judgments financial or otherwise for copyright, publishing, trade mark, or any other infringement from all audio, photos, data, artwork, or intellectual properties arising from manufacture, sale, and/or broadcast of any products manufactured by Valley of the Kings Music, LLC or its affiliates.
- You, the client further warrants that all materials and/or intellectual property contained in these products are the sole property of the client and/or that the client has obtained written permission to use material from its rightful owner.
